When will my package be shipped?
Our average processing time to prepare and pack your order is 3 business days. Average shipping time is 5-15 business days. Our fulfillment center is located in the UK and products are shipped from there.

Order Tracking
After the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

Need help?
If your order has not received a tracking update for a while, this is usually due to an error by the courier, but it may still arrive within the stated delivery time.
